HL type vertical pump

HL type vertical pump includes pump shaft, bottom plate and electric frame. The bottom plate is connected with bearing pedestal through screws, and bracket is set on the periphery of bearing pedestal. Bearing is set on the upper part of bracket.A plurality of intermediate supports are arranged on the pump shaft below the bottom plate, and a supporting seat is arranged below the middle support. The pump shaft inside the supporting seat is provided with a lower shaft sleeve component.The outlet of the output section is connected with the outlet pipe through a flange. The outlet pipe is provided with an insulated pipe and fixed on the bottom plate. The upper side of the insulated pipe is provided with a steam inlet.The invention has the advantages of long L 10m under liquid, high pressure and stable operation, increasing the efficiency and head of the pump and decreasing the generation of crystals.
