I. DHY high temperature liquid pump product overview:

FY liquid down pump is a new type of liquid down pump, which is based on the traditional anti-corrosion liquid down pump and referring to the same kind of foreign products.This pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other hydraulic pumps and selects centrifugal impeller, which makes the pump energy saving and long service time, and thus is applied in petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy and other industries.Pump body material: stainless steel 304, cast iron. 

Ii. Features of DHY high-temperature liquid pump

1. The pump is a vertical liquid pump with beautiful appearance, which is directly installed on the storage of the medium to be transported, without extra occupation area, thus reducing the capital construction investment.  

2, the elimination of mechanical seal, to solve the other hydraulic pump due to mechanical seal wear and often have to maintain the trouble, saving the running cost of the pump, popularize the working efficiency.  

3. Centrifugal impeller is adopted for conveying clean medium without solid particles, with low vibration noise and high efficiency;Open impeller is used to transport the liquid with dirty solid particles and short fiber, running smoothly and without clogging. 

Iii. Applicable scope of DHY high-temperature liquid pump:

Used in mining, papermaking, printing and dyeing, graphite, mica, gold, ceramics, oil refining, petroleum, chemical industry, farm, salt farm, iodine farm, dyeing, brewing, food, fertilizer, coking plant. 

Iv. FY high-temperature liquid pump operating conditions:

1, the temperature of medium to be delivered - 20-140 ℃.  

2, cast iron pump, medium PH value in the range of 5-9.  

3. The pump with open impeller is adopted, and the diameter of solid particles contained in the transported liquid is within 30% of the diameter of the suction inlet.
