I. overview of HZW axial flow pump

HZW series chemical axial flow pumps are mainly used in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, papermaking and other production departments where the flow rate is high and the head is low.

(1) cantilever rotor, with front door structure, simple structure, easy maintenance, do not remove the pump body and pipeline;

(2) the impeller is combined with the suction pipe. When conveying abrasive materials, just change the suction pipe, so that the service life of the pump body is long.Shaft seal can be adopted type liquid resistance type packing seal and double end mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of the pump;

(3) can be used direct, belt transmission and reducer transmission and other transmission methods, also can be used horizontal installation, vertical installation or suspension installation and other installation methods, so that the series of pump is suitable for different stations on the performance and installation needs.
