HF plastic pump is designed according to standards. The pump body is lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) in a metal shell.

Pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are fluorine plastic with metal insert outsourcing whole sintering pressure molding, shaft seal adopts a type bellows mechanical seal outside, still choose alumina or silicon nitride ceramic ring, ring with four fluorine filling materials, corrosion resistance, is suitable for conveying a concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, reductant and other harsh conditions of strong corrosive medium, is currently one of the relatively good corrosion resistant equipment.It has the advantages of compact and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight sealing performance, stable work, low noise, high mechanical strength, non-aging, convenient maintenance, smooth flow passage, high efficiency, energy saving and so on.It is used in chemical industry, acid making, alkali making, smelting, rare earth, dyestuff, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, foil forming, scientific research institutions and other industries.
